Well what a lovely company!we first contacted radiance doors as we saw them advertising their services on a local group. we knew we wanted a new door however with the current climate being so uncertain, and us being first time homeowners, we didn't want to rush into it.Over a few months, we emailed over and Claire & Emma were so helpful and really patient with us. There was never any pressure from anyone and they were so happy to alter our design and show us the different colours as we were so clueless and indecisive! (So many nice options to choose from).The prices in our opinion, are really good too. Especially considering the final product received.Richard then came out and measured the door for us, and gave us some great advice on colour options and ideas too!Tom who fitted the door was also really friendly and extremely trustworthy to be able to leave your home with to let him crack on with the job! Which came out looking so flawless!We are so extremely pleased with our new door and feel very grateful for how understanding and kind this family run business are. It really makes you feel good knowing your money is going into good people and their hard work.would 100% reccomend to anyone! :)

A great big thankyou to Radiance doors. we decided to have a new front door and wanted something bespoke, we tried 6 different companies who offered very standard options with no real help as to something unique, not just your average front door, then we met Claire and Richard the Rolls Royce from Radiance doors, and just WOW!!!, a phone call that day led to a swift appointment and from then on we embarked on a massive journey to get that eye catching finished product, and we definitely got it, Claire's attention to detail, patience and approach took away all the stress and made it fun, the finished product is outstanding and a real credit to them, from initial consultation to fitting and after service cannot be faulted, we cant recommend them enough, if you want that something special" Radiance doors are the dream team

We recently had our windows and stunning front door supplied and fitted by radiance doors. We had a couple of quotes from other companies who we didn't get a great feeling from, then we found radiance doors who are a great family run company, and from the moment Richard came to give us a quote he immediately made us feel comfortable and was very helpful and had a great understanding of what we were looking for. The customer service and communication is first class and Tom who fitted the windows had done an excellent job leaving no mess what so ever and even took his shoes off without being asked. Overall we couldn't be happier with our new windows and door which has totally transformed our house.

Claire, Richard and the team are a pleasure to deal with. The whole process was faultless. The windows and doors make such a difference to the house so it is really important you feel taken care of and they do it and then some. So pleased with the service and the finish.
