So I've had the bike 6 or 7 months now and I can not fault the bike however when it comes to customer service I can't say anything good about it. I have still not received my log book, I have sent him numerous messages which he replied 'he will look into it' . Since that day he no longer replies to my messages or answers the phone. I now have to go out and spend my own money to apply for a new one, not professional at all.

We have found Alan Reay car sales to be absolutely great, never had any problems, he has even helped us out by loaning us a mobility scooter for the weekend so my husband could get out and about, we would have been stuck with out his help

Picked up a Mitsubishi L200 from Alan back in September 2020. Bought it sight unseen from over 500 miles away. Great communication throughout. Delivered on time, no drama. No problem with V5 or paperwork. Would use again without any hesitation. Thanks Alan.
