After reading some of the reviews on here I was really nervous. Then I had a question beforehand and couldn't get intouch on the phone line. So I turned up and hoped for the best. Well I had a lovely nurse who took care of me, she checked my query and ensure all was OK to go ahead, and changed what wasn't. Whilst I was there she done a free health check and gave me advice. I would definitely recommend

Very very bad service!!! I ordered the COVID 19 test result by the midnight (Southampton location), but I received it late more than 10 hours. No respond, no refund and no apology. The service team has no sense of conscientiousness.

Not a review of the Liverpool clinic but of the DAM-Health web sales service.Very poor service and they do not do as they claim/promise.I ordered lateral flow tests as the website advise next day delivery (which incidentally was charged at £4). I chased after 5 days had passed to be told they had a problem with suppliers. After a further exchange of emails they confirmed that I would get a refund and to allow 5-10 working days. One week later and I received the original order albeit that it is no use to me as I had sourced an alternative supplier after being told I would get a refund. Now DH are not replying to my emails. Not impressed - hence this review.

Allowed me to book a Fit to Fly PCR test at a clinic which is permanently closed. No correspondence to say the clinic had closed, even when I changed the appointment time a few days ago. Now stuck without a Fit to Fly certificate the day before flying, and £69 down the toilet. Absolute joke of a company. Unable to speak to anyone after waiting for over a hour on the phone. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

AVOID!Turned up for the 3hr rapid PCR test.Told upon arrival that the machine to test was “broken” after speaking to customer services he said the actually ran out of tests no alternative or option given only refund within 10 working days.I booked the 3hr one due to long hall flight and results needed to be valid on arrival.I wouldn’t risk it at all with this company!

100% recommend the Liverpool Central branch! Easy appointment booking and PCR testing! I was in and out in 10 minutes. Download the DAM app before the PCR test, you will receive an email once you book your test - via the app you can access your PCR result. I chose the 24 hour result package but got mine withing 3-4 hours after the test! Use this service without any hesitation :)

We went here for a rapid antigen test (fit to fly), the whole experience was really good and really quick, we got the results back in 30minutes, the girls behind the desk were really helpful as well. Covid documents were uploaded to the app where they can be saved/printed/shared. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future !

0 STARSWent to Dam Health in Southampton today. I can honestly say you are more likely to catch Covid here than you would be if someone coughed in your face in a room of 1000 people.The staff were unfriendly, boarder line rude.There were people in the clinic not wearing a mask and coughing over everything and everyone.The seats in the waiting room were not once wiped down while I was there.The table in the testing room was wiped down but not the chair the patient was sat on.Disgusting absolutely horrified that I went. Did this to protect others on holiday with me not for myself. It isn’t needed for the holiday I’m going on and I wish is hadn’t bothered.

Easy reservation via their website for the same day, even on a Sunday. In and out fast. Still a bit weird to have the self test done for almost 40 Pounds by a young guy, but if we want to fly home we have no choice.If you make a reservation a day in advance, you save 10 Pounds compared to the same say ‘emergency’ booking. Then you’re even way better off than the airport fees.Better to do it here instead of the airport. Almost the same price and now you can go and enjoy the city a bit more without waiting at the airport for the result.

Please do not buy a fit to fly pcr test. You will not get it and will lose your flight money. Please use medicspot as they are brilliant. I lost £900 cos they would not give me my result and i also paid for next day delivery. AVOID.
