My mother inlaw was in here admittedly for 5 weeks went into hospital as advised by the paramedics only in for 3 days and they emptied her room bagging all her belongings up and did not even inform us we had to find out of a social worker and when she went to hospital needing oxygen and they found the inside of her mouth was red raw now we have to find somewhere else that can care for her properly DO NOT SEND ANYBODY YOU CARE FOR HERE

I have worked at this care home. It's one of the WORSE CARE HOMES IN COVENTRY. The staff don't care about the residents, they leave them in bed all day, they are neglected, spoken down to and uncared for. I know residents that have sadly died in this care home, unfortunately because residents are left in bed all day, the end up with pressure sores, unable to walk again and most are depressed or given up trying. Do not send your family here. The carers do not care. The manager does not care either. I worked there for two years and the manager received lots of complaints from family but nothing ever seemed to change.

My uncle, has been here since the middle of last year, the whole place smells overwhelmingly of urine which is sickening, he is a diabetic yet went into a diabetic coma whilst under the care" of the home. I visited today

It's looked after a lady l know and they looked after her ok A1

My brother had to go there from hospital and he was not looked after at all,I complained but they wasn't really interested wasn't washed or changed,lost his clothes it's a disgrace he wasn't eating and he needed to go back to hospital but they didn't do anything about it sadly my brother passed away and it was all down to them.

Don't go here. Manager is extremely arrogant and prejudiced. Rubbish place.
