I have been a client of First Response since 2019 now, I have always been blown away by their excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.I recently contacted them as I was coming to the end of an agreement and was looking to re-finance a new vehicle. The gentleman I spoke to was able to answer all my questions and within about 20 minutes had approved my new agreement and sent me details of local dealers to find my new vehicle. All of these were trusted and reliable and one week later I picked up my new car! Couldn’t be happier. Even the car dealer said how great First Response are to deal with and wished others were such a pleasure. I will always recommend this company and as long as I need vehicle finance, they will be the first company I turn to. Thank you so much.

Do not use this company..I bought a car that turned out to be faulty, was told by frfl that they couldn't do anything even though they was told by a mechanic that the car had been tampered with and mileage was false..I now have to pay out 1000s on a car I haven't had a year. They didn't even offer to cover part or all of the cost..this company will take your money and run.ive basically been told to go away and deal with it myself. I'm a hard work man of 5 kids working 7 days a week some weeks. Finally was able to be in a position to afford a nice car to find out its been tampered with. This company will not help you if you have issues with a vehicle

What an amazing company and staff that are an assett to it. They supported me through my very first ever finance application and made sure I understood all of the terms etc.Unfortunately, I managed to pick a car that was not fit for purpose (illegal MOT and faults). FRF supported me through dealing with the very condescending, horrible dealership owner and would put me on hold to call him whilst I waited because I just didn't want to deal with him anymore. They secured me a refund and supported me through sorting out another vehicle. Honestly so glad I went with this company because the customer service, care and compassion was second to none!

Absolutely disgusting!Been with this company for almost 9 years with 2 different vehicles.decided to settle 9 months early and pay outright and was told I would get nigh on no discount for paying early!And for the amount they charged me in interest think its an absolute joke!Do yourself a favour and find a different company for your car finance

Not helpfully at all.Just applied for van finance, I have been pre-approved and after a phone call today in order to finish the application I have been declined ( not a good reason from my point of view , if you do want to help people get theire finance agreed).My intention using this van was for parcel delivery, and i have been told that i cannot get finance as i have to be started the job for 3 months.Well, I need the van to start the job, right ?No help or anything else.Reason stated in the application is : We have declined the application because one or more of the documents that the applicant/s have supplied do not meet our criteria".Poor service

I didn't have the best of credit. In fact, I had no credit file you will either understand the meaning of that or you won't. So short explanation my bad credit had just expired VIA the 6-year rule.The first response gave me credit and they are fair and totally honest. If I need credit again First Response will be the first people I call. Hope that helps.

What can i say, this company really made my car buying experience special and made me feel listened to.I haven't had the best credit history (uni student , life) which meant that I had struggled to acquire finance in the past.After making a finance application to First Response in the evening, i was contacted at 9:30 in the morning. The customer advisor really took her time with me, and asked me all the relevant question regarding my application and what car I was looking for.What makes this experience even better is that this company does not rely on credit history, however rely on your current income, and explaining why your credit history is the way it is. As long as you earn enough for the amount you've requested and your current bills are in order you will receive an approval the same day.In my case I received a response within 2 hours after sending in my Payslip and proof of License. Once I provided this I was given the green light to find a car (From a dealership only). At first I was a bit annoyed that it had to be from a dealership only, however when i come to think off it the warranty and service a dealership provides really does provide peace of mind in the long run.***NOTE*** Not all dealership's First Response Finance can deal with, and if you do provide a car to first response and its a dealer they don't deal with they do have to submit their own internal checks to see if they can add the dealer to the list (this can all be done online on their portal so the process is done within a few hours) and they will get back to you to let you know whether they can deal with the dealership or to choose another one.Personally I did submit a few dealerships which couldn't be used however they can provide you with their own personal list of dealers they work with within your area which is really great.Overall I organized and collected a car within 3 days and once you get to the dealer, have seen the car, and like it, you go on your portal, press a button and the money is sent to the dealer within 30 minutes.The whole process has been brilliant and i have already recommended them to my family.Great service, great experience, i will be upgrading with them when the time comes.

Took a finance agreement out with First Response Car Finance, the car broke down after 20 days , contacted 1st Response they dealt with the dealer , the dealer ( apparently) fixed the car , picked the car up, broke down again on the way home , took the car back , and 1st Response bent over backwards to deal with the dealer to take the car back and get my agreement cancelled.Excellent Company, Would Highly Recommend
