Great service fixing broken locks on double glazed casement windows we thought otherwise would have to be replaced - at great expense. And best of all, they actually turned up and did what they said they would - unlike so many other companies these days.

Easy to deal with, always friendly, on time, good quality windows and at a really reasonable price in comparison to most of the other companies out there. Felt like we were really well looked after and could trust Shan and the team! Would definitely use them again if for some reason I need more windows!

KK widows recently fitted replacement Georgian style French doors for us, along with three replacement window panels They gave us the best price with a short delivery time. We had a little communication issue when arranging a day for installation which was frustrating but once a day was agreedThe fitters arrived on time, they were very proficient and courteous. They worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. The finished product was faultless. The doors looked great and operated smoothly. The manager checked with us to ensure we were satisfied and gave us information relating to the product warranty which will follow. We would certainly recommend them to friends and family and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Great company to work with - they manufacture the windows locally, which is great to see, they were clear concise and enthusiastic about their product range and had something to suit the style and budget which I wanted. When it came to installation they were tidy and respectful and when faced with the additional work of replacing rotten, hidden woodwork they did so without fuss, even though this slowed the job by a couple of days. Great service from KK Windows - clear communication throughout, and they were even able to send somebody out to measure up the doors we needed replacing on the same day that I first got in contact with them. Installation was about 3 weeks later, the fitters did a great job - arrived on time, finished the job quickly and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very happy with the finished article!

I contacted Karol from KK Windows and Doors a short while ago and explained that I needed some work done on a few window seals. Karol was very obliging and asked what the issue was once discussed he addressed the problem without too much bother.He was also very reasonable on the price and the work was completed as he has described. The seals are now perfect and no more draughts.I would definitely recommend KK Windows and Doors and would use again.

KK Windows are a great company. The installers worked quietly and efficiently and with attention to detail so that my wife and I could not be more pleased with the result. No pressure selling, no nonsense, no excuses, just real care and craftsmanship and all at a very competitive price. My wife did a bit of research to find them - well done her. People say great things about them. They are very friendly and they know what they are doing. And good windows really do make a big difference.
