I recently visited JR Medical in August for a laser procedure for three areas, I’m not one who likes to attend medical centres, but I feel I have to comment not only on there utmost professionalism but there amazing after care service.The consultation process was very clear and we discussed the treatment and options, I went ahead and booked for Laser treatment for three lumps to be removed.A date was set for the following week the two Doctors were reassuring when I arrived and promptly took me through for the treatment that took no more than 20mins, all went according to plan and as explained at my initial consultation I then went back for a further 3 occasions so the doctor could check that the wounds were healing as they expected, after my final visit on Monday I was told that it was all fine and I now no longer needed to attend.Therefore I would highly recommend JR medical if you are in the south east area it is worth the effort to go as they provide a first class service from a very modern and clean medical centre.Special note to the receptionists who all were super polite and helpful when booking follow up visits.

Used JR Medical to remove a large growth on my head. From start to finish they were extremely professional whilst showing compassion and friendliness and putting me at ease. The reception staff who also act as assistance to the doctors are incredible so helpful and easy going.Dr Iqbal performed the surgery with great expertise again making may feel comfortable and at ease all the time.The surgery was 100% successful and I have made a speedy recovery. Would highly recommend JR Medical.

I was going to book them because of the good reviews but wanted to check the prices for their facials prior to an appointment. Hence, i reached out to them on email for a price list. I was told that i would either need to call reception and ask for each individual service what is the cost or book a 50£ appointment. Seems to be a strange process for a price list. At the end of the day, what is the difference between reaching out on email vs phone?? Also, feels a bit odd that they don't display these on the site. I would understand if it was the case of a customizable treatment but i was asking for a standard facial. As a consumer it is my right to get a price list and not have to hassle my way to get it. Very dissapointing. I am sure they are good with their services but this whole experience has put me off

Had a growth removed from my neck. The staff at J R Medical couldn’t have been more kind or professional. From the receptionist through to the surgeon, they were all so understanding and caring and put me at ease considering I was very nervous. Highly rate this clinic and the staff.

I have been to JR Medical several times, and each time the service has been wonderful. The husband and wife team are meticulous in their approach, caring, informative, and the reception staff go above and beyond. My 2nd of 3 Profhilo treatments is beginning to give my skin a beautiful glow and texture, pores have diminished and I have a radiance I've not seen for over 20 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. !!

Have been having treatments at the clinic with Jafar and Shaza for 14 years now and the improvement in my skin is fantastic. I trust them completely and ask their advice for all the ongoing treatments I have. I know my skin will continue to get better.
