Ordered Scaffold from PSG scaffolding with no issues. Since then we had a national lockdown, a local Bolton lockdown, Christmas and my Builder Contracted Covid so needed to Isolate. Add to this the appalling weather we have had recently and my job is behind schedule.I received a rather abrupt text at 6pm Wednesday night telling me the scaffold had to come down, there were no mentions of timescales when I paid for the scaffolding, but it appears I have had it longer than I should.I explained the reasons for my delays and politely asked for another 3 weeks to get the job finished. He text back basically saying its not his problem. Guys turned up and 8am next morning and promptly removed all the scaffolding.I would have happily paid them to keep the scaffold up for another 3 weeks, as I now need to go to another firm to get another set of scaffold to finish the job.Phil the director was also a director of another scaffold firm called iBarrack and they did the same thing to me a few years ago.If you plan to deal with PSG (which I don’t recommend), then agree timescales in writing up front with them.My Response to PSG responsePSG Wrote -The house owner when we went round said he had been a nightmare to get hold of to do any work and the standard of his work was appalling"I own the house

very bad people and service, deal price on phone,come to do half way,and left for 2 weeks and say don’t want to do anymore, i want them to come and take their scaffold off but no one answer phone, very bad company,bad service

Phil was super helpful, at very short notice. Then when the roofer needed a change, he was able to flex and work around us. Friendly, flexible and brilliant value! Definately my go-to for scaffolding from now on! Even our roofer was amazed at Phil’s value for money! THANKYOU!
