Mortgage Time

A big thanks to Crysta for helping me secure a mortgage in a tricky market. I'd had advice from another, larger, mortgage broker who made it feel like it was going to be impossible for me to secure a mortgage - they couldn't even produce a formal decision in principle for me, so I felt like even trying to offer on a property was out of the question! Crysta, however, took the time to understand my circumstances and never made me feel like securing a mortgage was going to be impossible or stressful. She sent over a decision in principle within a day which enabled me to confidently offer on, and secure, my new property. Thank you so much Crysta for helping me navigate all things mortgage - you are incredibly knowledgeable and understanding, and I felt like you were always there when I needed! I would recommend Mortgage Time (and Crysta) to anyone.

I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but when a service is worthwhile, then I’ll take the time to do one. I’ve used Mortgage Time a couple of times now, after being recommended by another mortgage broker who wasn’t able to assist me due to how busy they were. All I can say is I’m glad they did. Lewis, who I’ve dealt with all the time is brilliant. He’s very clear with the requirements from start to finish, very knowledgeable, always looks for the best deal to suit my requirements, always has the time to work through any queries and most of all very friendly. Lewis has helped me out on my two previous mortgages all the way through to completion and I will be using Mortgage Time and Lewis again for my next. Thank you for everything.

I saw Chris earlier in the year and he was great. Very friendly, laid back and informative. He gave me really good advice in the middle of Liz Truss tanking the economy and the interest rates going haywire. I will 100% be going back to him when my mortgage is up again and would recommend him to any friends/family. Hope you enjoyed the books Chris!
