I have had my gel nails done several times at splendour. The first 3 times they were fine and lasted 3 weeks but the last 3 times I have had them done they have started to become porous and one of my nails actually went a nasty mouldy colour and the nails started to damage within a week. This last time I had my nails done they started to damage within 2 days and several of them were damaged and one came off complete. I telephone and left a message about getting them repaired but no one rang back. Eventually I spoke to someone who told me to come in that day at 4.30 but when I arrived they thought I was someone else they looked at my nails said they would repair the broken one and only filed the others which I wasn’t really happy with as I felt they were no longer sealed. I actually was right because 2 days later my nails are actually breaking off!! Spoke to lady whos really not interested in repairing them and said only time she can deal with this is 5 days later as she is so busy, I believe that this nail bar is way too expensive they only ever fill your nails, they don’t renew them. they only do one coat of polish and their customer services is non existent. I certainly would avoid. They charge £45 for refill and polish at least £10 more than other nail bars

Great salon, beautiful nail designs, only people I trust with my eyebrows! Lovely women who run this business! I definitely recommend you go here. They do other beauty treatments too. I would book via phone as they can get busy.

Very good and skilful nail technicians, doing my nails with Ieva for over 4 years. New nails techniques and painting skills on the nails. Absolutely great service
