I sold my house (in Leagrave) mid January 2023 using Homestart. (They were the company used by Venture Residential estate agents). It's always stressful selling a home but Amanda really was great. Not only from a professional standpoint (ensuring everything was completed correctly and on time, with constant pushing of both sides!) but also from a personal aspect too. She was almost always available to speak to me and she was extremely helpful in explaining the processes and next steps so I was always aware of what was happening. Thanks Amanda!
