I had a very pleasant experience working with Kayley; very polite and friendly, checking in every couple of weeks or so to see how the role she found for me was going, let me know any updates as soon as she knew them. Personally I think some approaches to recruitment are a bit too stiff and cold; we've all had to look for a job before after all! But Kayley was very personable and sincere. Extra shout out to Sinead, the lovely lady who helped me out with some issues I had when my timesheet was playing up! Overall, I've had no problems and honestly am very surprised by some of these negative reviews!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have come across some really unprofessional recruiters but Tracy was probably the worst I have come across. First of all the introductory call was very unprofessional, I have worked as an agency recruiter myself and If i thought a candidates cv was too jumpy" as she said

KennedyPearce have secured my first job for me right after uni, and been in touch every now and then since that time. I've had a lovely experience with them and Tina has always been there for me to check if I am ok for work, inquiring if I'm interested whenever she had something come through in my area of expertise :) feels really nice to be looked after in that way, even though it's been years since that first job and I have changed jobs since then. The website has both Ghanaian vodafone and United Kingdom (U.K) phone number which the people involved have to clarify .Not sure if the people or folks involved have an affiliate in Ghana and the U.K.Lots of scepticism surroundings the contact number.The company's cell phone number was called alright however the response from them was not convincing of being a genuine or scam organization involved in fraud deal or activity.With regards to the Ghanaian contact given the person who answered has no knowledge about KennedyPearce Consulting.

An absolutely fantastic place to work!The offices are lovely, professional yet cosy with a break out area, booths, pool table and desk area.All of the staff are a delight to work with, supportive and friendly Consultants, who deliver an exceptional services for their Candidates and Clients.

This is a long overdue review, I was approached by the company last year as I had applied for one of their roles directly, the agent Steven Hughes felt pushy and the details about the role were vague but they were very quick to want all of my personal info so I could be added to their system. I eventually got a call that i had gotten through to the interview stage but after asking repeatedly for more help and information about the company I would be interviewing for I was finally just forwarded a very brief copy of what was basically a job listing which was not helpful at all. Then the agent completely gave no regard for my time as he told me the wrong day for the said interview and gave no apology for his mistake.Honestly I have to agree with a lot of the other reviewers on this company if you want to go down the route of using a agency to gain employment there are plenty of other more professional ones out there who are not rude, who will give you the help you ask and will no waste your time.

When looking for a position in education I found KennedyPearce to be informative, professional and helpful in guiding me in the right direction. They were really friendly especially as it was my first full time job I was looking for. Would definitely recommend to others.
