Incompetent NSL employee parks illegally on a corner in a company vehicle causing a blind spot for pedestrians and other drivers. After taking photos of vehicle he then returns to his van and illegally uses electronic equipment (mobile phone and iPad) to make a phone call and log details. All this was done while the engine was running presumably for a fast getaway. NSL said it would be dealt with internally and will not report it to the police.

Please do not support this company. They are inept and completely lacking in care. They have inaccurately associated my address with a criminal act performed by someone I have never heard of and despite repeated requests from me to rectify the error I have just received a letter from them today telling me that my address is going to be associated with criminal proceedings in two working days time. I have phoned them again today in obvious distress and they have shown no care whatsoever and refused transfer my call to someone who can remove my address from this case before it goes to court. I am now having to seek legal advice.

Cowboys, I paid 100 pounds fine plus 160 pounds to be returned within 15 days. They never returned the money one month later. Trying to get my money back wasting my time

Mistakenly put rubbish out too early and have been fined for littering/ fly tipping. If I had any intent would I really do it outside my property with documents that were traceable back to me? Tried to appeal it as it was a genuine mistake, and rather than giving a warning I was told the fine could not be waived. This company thrives to target honest people who admit their fault rather than focusing their time to penalise those who are actually fly tipping It is a money grabber with power hungry representatives such as Joy, who I have no doubt got the name by sucking all the joy out of those she comes into contact with.

This company has been clamping cars in my area for not being taxed, despite the vehicles being taxed. They are relying on people removing the clamps thinking they are scams before then charging them with destruction of property. The directors need to be jailed immediately for trying to defraud vulnerable people during a cost of living crisis.

Absolutely vile company. I was mistakenly blamed for my gym leaving rubbish out on the pavement (because an envelope with my address on was visible in one of the bags after placing this in the bin gym changing room) and despite politely explaining that I was in no way responsible, received an incredibly rude response back and told I must pay the five because they had cause to believe the 4x bags of rubbish were all mine! Since when is it a fineable offence to use a bin in a changing room?The way Joy spoke to me throughout was awful. Eventually my gym stepped in and paid the fine, but I received no apology from these cowboys.
