Really lovely, friendly independent cake business, definitely recommend! Rachael made us a beautiful fancy Victoria sponge style cake for a special weekend away with friends, it looked amazing, all decorated with white chocolates and strawberries. It was so pretty and it tasted amazing too! With only about a week's notice she was really helpful when I didn't know exactly what we wanted and came up with some lovely ideas for us; really reasonably priced too for brilliant service! Thank you so much for our cake, everybody loved it!

I orders 2 batches of brownies as presents for a birthday and a friend. ShirleyRae's came reccomended to me as a great gluten free personalised service. They let me design my own filling for the brownies and they were sent out first class and arrived for the special occasions in beautiful packaging. I am really pleased with my order and can't thank the team enough for some delicious treats for my besties! Can't wait to place another order for some cupcake soon! Thankyou

We received some lovely chocolate stirrers as a Christmas present and they did not disappoint!They made our hot chocolates perfect and I would highly reccomend.I will definitely be making some orders in the future to try some other products ShirleyRae's sells.

I don't live locally but wanted to use a local supplier to arrange for a surprise for my sister's 30th birthday. Rachael made and delivered beautiful birthday cupcakes as requested. She also kindly arranged for and collected birthday flowers and delivered them along with the cupcakes. Both items were very good quality and I really appreciated the excellent service. She made it so easy to arrange. My sister was thrilled with the cupcakes. I will definitely be using Rachael again!

Rachael made our wedding cake in December and despite only sharing a few ideas and photos with her she completely understood the brief and what we wanted and created a beautiful wedding cake that was completely gluten free. We had so many compliments on the cake and we’re still enjoying it now :) (from the freezer!!).Rachael was an absolute pro and everything was just done and the cake was there all set up without needing any direction. The perfect supplier :)100% recommend.Thank you Rachael!

I'm allergic to gluten so really appreciated being able to get Gluten Free full size custom made cupcakes. They were delicious and looked amazing! I had a great Gatsby (gold and black) themed 30th birthday party. Rachel was very friendly and communication was great. Highly recommended.

Rachael made our wedding cake and some cupcakes for us, being gluten free I thought I was going to have to attempt my own! But I contacted Rachael and she was absolutely incredible from the start nothing was to much and from the moment we spoke I didn’t even have to worry about the cake once as I knew she had it all under control! It was absolutely stunning and tasted amazing! Thank you so so much you are an absolute star! <3

Had an amazing vegan cake made for my partner's 40th birthday. Not only did it look incredible, but it tasted great too.Rachael was really helpful and careful to make sure of dietary requirements. Great communication and really friendly.Would recommend 100%

I had a very good experience ordering dairy cupcakes from ShirleyRae'sThe product was really tasty, the packaging was very professional, communication was excellent and very prompt and they offer free local delivery.It takes some courage to start your own venture at any time, but doing it this year of all years must have been particularly worrying. I for one am glad that Rachel has done so, and you wouldn't know that it's a relatively new enterprise; as I say the cakes that I had were fabulous and I have seen some great looking other bakes on the Facebook page. I'm looking forward to trying more stuff from ShirleyRae's!
