I go to a 'mindful' class here and it's sooooh relaxing, Takes a few times to get the hang of it but well worth persevering. They now have a coffee shop for some scrummy tea and cakes too and a seating area at the front for nice weather days. Roll on spring!

I went yesterday 25th July, to purchase some crystals. It was a pleasant experience and wilI be making another visit as I want to expand my crystal collection. The rain was pouring down quite heavily and the lady that worked in the shop offered to lend me her umbrella. I thought this was very kind and she even said I could wait in the shop until the rain calmed down. Great friendly service.

This amazing shop/cafe is brilliant! It has such a lovely atmosphere, there was ambient music playing which contributed to the relaxed atmosphere.The shop sells a wide range of products including nutritional supplements and organic ingredients, crystals and crystal jewellery, incense, inspirational quotes and stationery such as cards, diaries and calendars, wooden Buddha carvings and many more spiritual items. I got a Louise Hay affirmations calendar, a selenite crystal and some healthy ingredients for raw baking. They accept card payments.The cafe sells teas, coffees, juices and raw bake cakes plus other items sold from the fridge. I treated myself to an Ayurvedic tea £1.90 and a raw bake orange cream slice £2.There are various events which are advertised via leaflets, on the boards inside, in the window, and online.The staff were very friendly and helpful.I was definitely in the right place at the right time and went upstairs for a 5 minute free spiritual healing session, with 3 people who kindly offered their time and healing hands.

First visit to the shop. Asked Sarah's advise regarding options for reducing long term joint pain. After taking the recommended Collagen and Viridian products (for two weeks) my pain levels have reduced by 90+%. Wish I had visited 10 or more years ago.

Lovely shop and cafe. Super knowledgeable owner.

Overpriced and unethical. Double the price for spelt flour in comparison to unicorn and other super market outlets. All in favour of supporting local small business, but double the price is beyond unreasonable

Needs to be more professional and a much better service , With Clear understanding.. Also Much to expensive when you can get supplements else we’re at a fraction off Cost.

Went to Healthy Spirit to get Lamberts Soya Isoflavones which I’ve had before from HS. I visited 5 times over 5 weeks seeing 3 different staff and leaving my number. Told it was on order twice, on other occasions staff were uninformed. Never received a call back. A friend recommended Amaranth health shop in Bramhall. I went there on Tuesday- they ordered them for me and called me today, 3 days later to say they were in. I’ve collected them. Very very poor customer service from Healthy Spirit and a lot of my time wasted. Disgraceful. I’ve never left a review before, but feel very strongly about this.

Cute little shop with a good variety of items but a bit overpriced. I went in for a tarot deck, a basic Rider Waite deck was £22. I bought a beautiful greeting card and protein bar for just under £5. The lady working there seemed friendly and made small talk.

I went there yesterday looking for something to help my GERD. She just gave me a little bottle of centaurium and I already feel a lot better. Could not ask for better and to be fair it's cheaper than medication.Thanks to that little gem!
