Hi just received my order today for groceries as I am in isolation and the quality of the goods not what I would expect from such a family supplier.tried phonics g to complain to just have phone put down

Quick walk from home located in lower Hester street of Northampton. This is one of chain of departmental shop. All groceries are available with vegetables and fruits. Meats are fresh.

There are some lovely people working here, like Lucy, but... healthy food is expensive, unhealthy food is a bargain, there are a lot of shop lifters and beggars lurking, and it puts the staff on edge.

This store is an absolute disgusting to the customer service got none third for over 90mins to phone just picked up and put down, said delivery was on way delivery number 4448570 and as a pensioner I cannot afford to wait for items when no order fails to arrive, and you cant get hold of anyone to sort when due to get someone fill out a form and get back to you in 30days disgusted with it all especially on a bank holiday.

Excellent mini supermarket. Does often run out of stuff for several days and counter mostly unmanned. Staff very helpful and always friendly. Food is good quality.

One of the best Co-ops I have ever been to. So good it gave me a semilong if you know what I mean! I will be coming back with friends next time to show them what they're missing out on!

as a local The customer service over the past couple of months has been abysmal and patronising at best. the queue is always enormous with waiting times of up to 10 minutes !. The new male staff at the tills are always working in slow motion and yawning !! without much of an effort at all which is absolutely appalling !!!! then when I do finally find myself at the till just to be told that I should come in at a different time in future ? those are the exact words no sorry no empathy nothing at all the tone was toxic. Then I had my change just lazily thrown into my hand ??.I can only hope that the manager will be keeping a close eye on the level of service regarding the tills while giving out some friendly tips , reminders and advice on customer service as it's clearly lacking

Good place for locals that need a quick shop within walking distance and not over priced. They are open pretty early for a coop at 7am and close reasonably late at 10pm. Discounts happen after around 7pm but those discounted products will get even more discounted after around 9pm. They also contribute to the community refrigerator" just outside and to the rear of the shop which I think is generous of them."

Convenient with good selection of food.People not always observing the 2m rule though and to many self service tills which drive me barmy
