The work completed was fine, just very slow to respond and do not provide updates unless chased up. Need to try to improve the customer service side in comparison to other ATS garages I have used they have been the worst of the bunch. Most of the staff friendly enough mind.

Good service with friendly staff. Ordered on line but depot rang to tell me I should have been there on Tuesday not Wednesday, the day I booked fitting for.No water in water dispenser despite it being 34°C. No magazines to read whilst I was waiting around an hour for 4 tyres. Bell on counter would have been useful. I had to ring to get a member of staff to come out. One potential customer walked out after waiting 10 minutes.

Very good service and MOT provider. What I liked most was the helpful staff who all had time for the customer. They were able to service our large vehicle at a good price. There was a litre bottle of oil in the cab for topping up. I’m not able to judge the quality of the work except to say the vehicle is running well and sounds good. I will be happy to use them again.

stay well clear , fitted a new tyre and damaged my alloy wheel , will not accept responsibility , trying to claim is a nightmare , will not compensate for damage

Was looked after by Keith who was having a bit of a nightmare with the automated Internet booking system which we had utilised for a brake check.Keith squeezed us in which we appreciated.Following the check our brakes just needed cleaned which they carried out free of charge! Big thanks to Keith and the staff at Morecambe ATS.

Terrible, over tightened my wheels, damaged brand new CV boots all doing tracking and wheel balancing. Refused to help rectify their issues. Avoid
