When I decided to sell my house, the prospect seemed daunting and I was feeling uncertainty, worry, and stress. I chose Evans Estate Agents simply because two properties in my street had recently been sold by Evans (I see 'Evans' signs everywhere now!). After my first meeting with Richard and David, I would describe them as sensitive, respectful, courteous, honest and professional. As my relationship with Evans evolved, I saw they were not focused on spreadsheets and instead deeply focused in creating a memorable experience for the clients they serve. They really come across as doing the hard work of understanding what their clients want, and you start to feel as if you are part of the family, and they made the generous act of helping me solve my problem - selling my house. They are very good at noticing what works, and understanding what doesn't, which is of great value in achieving the best outcome. I would go as far as to say that they helped my family achieve our dream and become better versions of ourselves. They show up regularly, consistently, and generously organize, and lead, and build confidence in your desired outcome. It left me with a great trust in their abilities. Found Evans estate agents to be very professional and very helpful in the selling of our property.
