As usual, nice food, but the tables hadn't been cleaned, and didn't look like they were going to be done. Why is it that Greggs always seem to just have tomato soup on? Can they not make an alternative every so often?

Went at lunchtime and shop was really busy with very few tables available to sit in.Only one guy serving so service was slow and shelves looked pretty empty but they had everything I wanted and the guy serving was nice and friendly.Food was all good but messy environment off putting.

One of the worst places..no sorry... the WORST place in Lisburn to order anything off. Never has what you order. Never answer the phone and when they do, nothing but disgusting attitude. Don't waste your time or money on this dying franchise.

Was disappointing nearing on disaster. Called in at 12:00 noon and there was very little ready. At lunchtime???Table was dirty, so was floor, there were no tissues or paper napkins out for taking, had to ask for something to wipe our table down. Can't fault the food, basic but OK. As we left the bins were full. Really poor for the time of day.Have been many times before for a quick snack but haven't been recently.Unlikely to go back TBH.

RUDE STAFF,, if i could give this a 0 i would, but i can't so i give it a 1. First of all, the wait was diabolical. My left testicle was practically frozen by the time i got my order in. Then when i finally got SASAGE roll, it was soggy enough to defrost my testicle again. DON'T even get me started on the employees. One of them rolled their eyes at me and had all the personality of an old, dry sponge. Will not be making an appearance ever again!!!

Place was dirty, food non-exist and over cooked. I love greggs but this is a massive disappointment and not the first time unfortunately

Worst cup of coffee I think I've ever had. There was absolutely no coffee taste and it wasn't that warm either. My son ordered a cheese and ham toastie which he said was really nice so that's the only positive for our visit.
