Lovely little charity shop, run by a great lot of volunteers. Can always find a gem here if you're happy to rummage and it goes to such a great cause!

On the 12th May I found a forever companion - a bit of serendipity I think - a friend of mine called a friend of hers and before I knew it I had a new doggy pal. I quite simply love him, he’s as mad as I am and since my dog Lily passed away in 2017 I haven’t slept well but last night I did, well we did. Thank you.

Went into Drayton Rd shop today to collect some purchases, only to be obviously ignored by a new member of staff/volunteer. This is not the first time this has happened and other staff had noticed. I can only assume it is a personal issue that the individual has with me from previous work days. It's a shame that I am made to feel uncomfortable in the shop as a customer due to 1 person. Other staff are always polite, friendly and lovely to be around.

Why have i received a letter from you complaining that the recycling i donated contained a envelope with my address on? How rude! I'm sorry you have a paper envelope mixed in with some plastic. Why don't you just put it in the bin and get on with the rest of your day? Instead, you have taken time to complain to me and then used someone else's donation, purchased a stamp to send me a complaint!! Its signed Susan, but should it be Karen?

Love it. Friendly, helpful staff, they are truly sincere in their mission to assist animals. My dog Brodie refuses to pass the shop without visiting, since we have always been warmly welcomed.

So underpriced. A pair of shoes £1.50, my little pony 50p, cookie cutters 50p! You need to charge double!I do keep coming back and donating and buying. Very happy to support you all.
