Fantastic service from AW pond supplies and services. Andy kindly came and sorted out a major leak immediately last Autumn, and returned today to clean the pond which had been full of dead blanket weed and sludge.Prompt, efficient, friendly and extremely knowlegeable service. The pond looked the best it has ever done in the 4 years since we had it built. And, after three years of ongoing leaks, Andy had sorted it out in one go.we will be visiting AW pond supplies to get some more goldfish now the pond is sorted. A big thankyou.

Andy came out all the way to near Scarborough to provide advice on the condition of my pond. I wanted an expert passionate about ponds and I was not disappointed. Very knowledgeable and helpful. My pond maintenance is already scheduled for early next year. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service and a very pleasant man to chat to, especially these last couple of months have been tough like everyone else, we have had very little contact with people, so it was great to talk to Andy. He had a fantastic knowledge and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand, especially as we have never had a pond before and had a range of questions which he was able to answer with ease. Furthermore, he was also able to get our pump working again, so Freddie our fish will be very happy about that. Will certainly be in contact again should we have any questions or problems with our pond. Thanks Andy.
