EXCELLENTYou cannot question the craftsmanship of Master-plank . It’s such excellent quality. I had a small blip owing to transportation and Stephen never questioned my email expressing my small, concern . The same day my issue was resolved. No fault of Master plank but transportation . I just love the products from Masterplank . Many of my friends comment on items I have bought . Mmmmm what’s next to buy in my homes from them. originally contacted the guys through etsy as i had a special order. wanted two shelves at different lengths and widths. Not a problem. I’m so happy with my shelves and am now looking for an excuse to get more! Great communication and customer service. I’d give more stars if I could! :)
