ATS Euromaster Ely

The most excellent service I received in a long time. I will consider travelling from Cambridge to use their services again. Very reasonable price. Paid £104 for 2 tyres. They also checked everything else to make sure it was safe for me to drive home.Thank you again

Friendly and helpful staff appointment was on time. But downside, i went for tyres and tracking and as my cars track rod end was seized they couldn't unseize it as ats don't have the tools to do the job properly anymore. So now I have new tyres but have to wait 2 weeks for a space in a local independent garage to unseize and do the tracking.

I cannot say enough how brilliant these guys are. Having panicked hearing a dragging noise - I called them up and was able to go straight in. Thorough checks and reassurance as to what the issue was PLUS they checked my tyres, oil, coolant and gave superb advice which took them past closing time. All gratis and with a smile. I didn’t get their names but I am so grateful to all the Ely staff. Thankyou for helping this middle aged damsel in distress at the end of a hot and stressful day.

Awful, no staff there to honour bookings. Equipment not working so only done half a job. Got blatantly lied to about why job not completed. They never answer phones. Took 2 weeks to acknowledge complaint and then done absolutely nothing to rectify issue.

Call 3 other A/T/S as no one could fit me in and A/T/S in Ely told him I was desperate, and said bring it in drop it off and I’ll get it sorted only two men working there both very helpful and polite thanks

I had a slow puncture a few days ago - drove straight round to ATS, was dealt with very promptly by Ben who is currently managing to man the place entirely on his own. Very impressed indeed - new tyre ordered, appointment made at my convenience to do the work, everything done exactly to time. Ben was very helpful, efficient and professional. A credit to ATS!

I visited these guys thanks to a huge pot hole causing a blow out and bending my wheel. I was served by Chris who was extremely helpful and highly knowledgeable.I was provided with two new tyres and my wheel was knocked back into shape saving me the expense of a replacement wheel. There is a small reception at the back of the workshop with a small seating area. There is a hot drinks machine provided and just inside the entrance there is a toilet. All of the site is accessible to the disabled apart from the toilet. Parking is limited and these guys are usually busy so booking online is advisable.

I rang the garage yesterday around 16:30 as my tyre was running flat. Asked the boys would it be okay if i go straight away, as i did not know if will be able to go to work at next day and they said come and we will have a look.They fixed it for less than 20 minutes and would not even expect more.Chris and Matt were so helpful and friendly, absolutely professionalism.If i could i would give them 10 stars.

I can only say this is an unreliable and unprofessional company. After following the instructions on the website to call the garage and reserve tyres, the employee on the phone said I needed to reserve them on the website. When I pointed out there wasn't an option to do this on the website and it said to call up to reserve which is what I was doing, he said he had to call his area manager and then call me back.After not calling back, I got a call the next day which was the day of fitting from the area manager asking if I could rebook my appointment because they had staff sickness. He also confirmed that the employee I had spoken to was incorrect, the tyres were all reserved and would be waiting for me.When I drove down this morning, the garage was closed even though it was after opening hours. I've not had a call from the garage or the area manager and when I've called both, there's no answer.We need two two front tyres fit urgently ahead of a long trip we're about to do, and ATS have completely let us down by staff that don't seem to know their own business processes and appointments that aren't honoured.Tyre's can be quite cheap at ATS but I'd take your business elsewhere - there are far better local, reliable and good value service centres around.

I have given this outlet 5 stars based on the service received and the great prices BUT if I were to give a score based on the actual establishment/environment it would be a minus score. This is no reflection on the people working there who appear to be on the go non stop. Firstly, the interior of the workshop resembles a greenhouse with vegetation growing down the walls which is maybe some sort of ivy (no photo of this). Secondly and by far the worst aspect is the condition of the office/waiting area especially considering the current pandemic situation. See the attached photos which clearly show the dirt/grease/grime not only up the walls but doors and furniture too and up to a height of around 75mm. I'm sure that a company such as ATS must be able to employ cleaners if the staff are to busy.
