Great communication throughout and when I arrived to pick up my car everything was all sorted for me all I had to do was drive away. This was my first experience of using an independent garage to buy a car and I have to say it was so much better than the big chains. I felt very taken care of and I felt I was getting a good deal.

Excellent communication from Mark from the start. Genuine and honest dealer, absolutely worth his weight in gold.He organised all the finance for me which made it very easy and stress free.When I went to collect the car, he took me to see it straight away to make sure I was 100% happy with my decision. He was upfront and showed any age related marks.I traded in my previous car to pay off its outstanding finance, Mark organised paying the rest off so I didn’t need to contact the company myself and organise it.Lots of things that completely reduced the stress of buying and selling a vehicle.My mum and a friend have also previously bought vehicles from Mark and agree service was excellent.Very happy with my new Kia, will recommend Mark to others and come back in the future. Excellent customer service from Mark at MBM.I bought a VW golf with 60k miles, Mark carried out an extensive service covering all parts that should be replaced, even parts that only need changed at 140k miles.Honest and transparent is an understatement in terms of the professionalism of Mark at MBM, he kept me updated throughout the entire service, with photos and references to the maintenance schedule.Picking up the car was completely hassle free as Mark had already filled out the paperwork.I would highly recommend MBM to anyone that likes peace of mind and a hassle free transaction.

I dont normally give 5 stars to anyone however the service received has been second to none. I bought a high end car from Mark a short while ago and not only the sales service was excellent but the after sales service has been too. A small issue arose with the car which Mark paid for out of his own pocket when the warranty didn't cover it.Thank you

An unexpectedly great experience! As used car dealers go, Mark and his team are the antithesis of the sector's reputation. Honest, transparent, genuine and professional. It did not matter that I was in the market for a budget runaround - I was treated like I was buying a Ferrari. Great communication and exceptional service.
