Been trying to book a flu jab online fora couple of weeks. Does not work. Can't book over the phone. Go in shop. Fully booked. Can I book next week? No just come in on the day. Have now give up and gone else where.

Really like this store. I think Elliott in the phone shop is excellent! Genuine, honest, and friendly. The best customer service I have ever experienced from Tesco.Also, being an ex F&F member of staff in another branch for 13 years, I have to say well done to the F&F team. The best standards I have ever seen!! Big thumbs up, Tesco!!!

Staff are always very friendly, helpful and the store is always tidy. Tracy in particular provides excellent customer service on the checkout till, always smiling and chatty.

Good Tescos with a wide variety of products at great prices. Toilets on site are clean & staff are friendly. Lots of parking & a fuel station on site. I would recommend going here to do your shopping if you're nearby.

Excellent tesco, fair on there prices on things just remember your cluncard for clubcard prices, massive place aswell,I high requemend staff very helpfull and very quick when coming to pay

Large Tesco store around Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft area set over 2 levels. Upper one is clothing and Cafe. Helpful staff and lots of parking with Tesco gas station on site.

Think I just stepped in the biggest Tesco I've ever been in. Couldn't believe how big it was. Could of spent hours walking around good size cafe and clothing area on the upper floor.

Nice place to shop with a reasonable amount of product, unlike some smaller tesco extras. The prices were good with a medium sized car park. (As of June 2023, the car park has just been resurfaced and is lovely). The staff are great.

Went here for our weekly shop. Got to front doors and realised you have to have a £1 coin for the trolleys!! Who carries cash nowadays especially coins! Anyone doing a shop that they need a trolley for more than likely will be using their card! Needless to say myself and 13 year old weakling daughter had to carry 2 baskets around struggling to pack our food in for a week. We are now going to be hungry come 2/3 days time as we had to leave the treats behind!To make this outrageous situation worse, they didn't even have, Crumpets, Kiwis, deodorant, Yorkshire puds (so now my roast dinner is up in smoke this week) and frozen party sausage rolls!I will not be returning here again, especially as I live 140 miles away. Thank you
