Beechwood Dental Care

I discussed with Stuart the potential of having my teeth straightened as being a lady towards retirement age I wasn’t sure if this was possible he conducted research, discussed with a colleague and offered various options. I decided to go ahead and after 9 weeks they are done!I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome and am now going to finish the job with tooth whitening.Can’t recommend Stuart and the Beechwood practice highly enough my past experiences with dentists had left me cold but from day one I was made to feel very welcome in a relaxing environment nothing rushed everything explained.They are the best.Thankyou very much.

I can't recommend this practice highly enough. The staff are all really warm and friendly. Phil and Georgina make Dental visits painless and actually pleasant! All of the Staff are wonderful with our two young boys, Phil is superb, with a great sense of humour, and puts me to shame with his knowledge of Minecraft and Roblox when chatting to our boys. Everyone in the team makes you feel welcome and it is really obvious that everyone here is very family orientated in the level of nurture and care. Its worth noting also that Phil has invested a lot into this business. I have attended at this centre for approximately 14 years , and before Phil took over it had become dated and tired. Phil thoroughly modernized the setting when he took over and it is has a really nice interior. I want to also say a big thank you to all of the Dental Nurses and reception staff who are always lovely, especially to our little boys which means the world. Thank you

From start to finish the standards are so high and fantastic. They held my hand all the way through from taking all my teeth out to fitting new dentures. Friendly and caring. Fergus you are a genius

I went to Stuart regarding overcrowded teeth. The teeth I'd had removed as a child were not the ones that would be removed now in current orthodontic practice, so Stuart gave me a couple of options to work around that. The overcrowding meant I wasn't a candidate for aligners but Stuart explained fixed braces would give better and faster results. I opted for clear, ceramic braces on top and metal ones on the bottom where the crowding was worse. Only eight months later the braces are off and my teeth look much better than I ever could have imagined! Cheaper than aligners and a much better, faster result. Thank you!

Had my first appointment yesterday at Beechwood and the staff couldn't have done more to make the practice safe during the current pandemic.Dr. Stu and team were friendly and very informative. Clear explanations of the treatment options available, enabling me to make a quick, confident and informed decision.The whole experience was a delight (as much as a trip to the dentist can be) and safe to say I walked out with a smile! (Cant resist a dad-joke).Would highly recommend.

Just had a bridge done by Phil Read. I’m so happy with the result. I know my teeth are not the best but Phil gives me 1st class treatment and I’ve got 100% confidence in his care. Thanks Phil & your lovely team.

Recently visited Beechwood for the first time after my normal surgery changed hands and I was left with a lack of confidence over a diagnosis. I booked in for an initial appointment at Beechwood and was immediately made to feel at ease. The way that Phil took me through the process of diagnosis of my problem was excellent, step by step, showing X-rays and pictures so that I could see and understand the issue was brilliant. Yesterday I had the work completed, again, Phil and the whole team were friendly and caring, the treatment was pain free and the results are amazing. Beechwood Dental Care are just brilliant!

Fantastic practice! I suffered from a real fear of dentists for over 6 years due to a bad root canal experience at another practice, but after visiting Beechwood, I feel confident and safe visiting again. Stu was incredibly professional and sympathetic with me throughout the entire time. He took his time, explained to me what was required and ensured I felt comfortable. The work completed was to a very high standard and I am more than satisfied. If anyone suffers like I did, I highly recommend this surgery.

The staff are kind, helpful and considerate. I am nervous of dentists but Phil always goes out of his way to put me at ease. He explains everything before, during and gives advice for after treatment. I am very satisfied. As an older patient I am grateful for their telephone system for instant advice and bookings.
