Dental surgery is very clean and efficient... Once you've managed to book an appointment. Unfortunately this tends to take numerous phone calls. If you leve your name and number for a call back... Don'texpect one any time soon

Absolutley amazing staff during this pandemic, its very professional from when you walk in. Super fast service (which is needed during corona). Amazing job Orthoworld Blackpool is coronavirus ready.

The staff are very professional at public relations; really friendly people you feel comfortable around. The building and equipment itself is very nice.They fixed my top set of teeth, but completely screwed up my bottom set (which were fine before). They used a blob of glue on my tooth in vain attempt to push back the eye-sore with retainers - the retainer was moulded around the blob of glue (beats me).I was discharged early due to missing an appointment in my final month of treatment.Letters of plea were ignored.Fortunetly my dentist ended up removing the blob of very uncomfortable glue.Other than that, an okay establishment.

This is a great surgery, offering fantastic treatment. The staff are really nice, although will tell you if they don't believe you are taking as much care of your teeth as you should be. Dr Audi has talked through every step of my sons treatment from day one and hasn't sugar coated anything. Still on going, the treatment received so far has been fantastic.Allison Facey

My son is currently having treatment at orthoworld, and i like to say how professional the manager was when she called me.The reception staff are very helpful, this practice definitely deserves a 5* review

Does anyone actually ring back or respond to emails that customers take time in writing? If you are not bother in speaking to customers then say so.

Two of my children have had to have braces here, both times we’ve had excellent service and results x

absolutely fantastic. extremely helpful phone operators. nothing is too much trouble especially for emma. amazing orthodontists also. friendly and helpful. cant recommend enough.

I've tried calling to simply ask about treament plans, costs, how it all works etc.. My daughter is 12 and needs braces, top and bottom.1st call, sorry call back and speak to Nicola, 2nd call sorry Nicola is not in today, 3rd call, Yes Nicola is in and she will call you right back in 5-10 minutes, Never returned my call. Clearly not interested in making money or providing any treatment. I have the funds on hand ready to go, I just needed some information! If you can't manage that how on earth would you expect people to choose you as their Orthodontist.

I was a patient at Orthoworld Blackpool 1 year ago. I would honestly give this place 10 stars. I went to Orthoworld with ZERO confidence in myself, I felt hopeless, I had a severely bad over bite and crooked teeth at 18. I covered my mouth when I talked, I couldn’t eat infront of people, my jaw would crack everytime I would open it from the dodgy position my mouth rested.THIS ORTHODONTIST SAVED ME. I had a treatment of 2 and a half years, they fixed my overbite and gave me straight teeth. Now I have the confidence to stand in my corporate meetings and even the confidence to smile without any worry or anxiety. Thank you so much.I would never have been able to get where I am today without Orthoworld’s help. Friendly and caring staff that are gentle, I was worried about biting into the pink stuff but they handled it really well even when I was difficult.
