Just happened to fall across this company when looking for bigger hex bells and could not fault them. Antony was welcoming at the shop, helped me pick the right bar and weight plates without any pushy sales pitch at Very reasonable prices. I’d recommend Black Bear and will be back for more . Throughly let down by this company. Myself and my partner purchased an air bike and dumbbell stand which equated to a large amount of money. Since then we have had nothing but bother.The company will not reply to any emails unless you repeatedly email them asking for a response. No tracking information is available at any given time. The website still states that the delivery is unfulfilled even though it was delivered days ago.We purchased the air bike due to it offering a windshield. Which can be a pricy accessory as it is usually an extra you have to buy. This enticed us to purchase from this company as it was stated in the description that it came with the bike.Once the bike arrived it was clear the bike did not match the photograph or the description on the website. No windshield was present and the look of the bike was not the same.When contacting blackbear continuously, we eventually received a reply. They stated that it was their error from an admin point of view and apologised. Offering no resolution to this.When assembling the bike, one of the pedals will not attach and have caused us nothing but hassle and time. There is no way to get hold of black bear and there is no opening times for the company.We really are at a loss and feel extremely let down and disappointed by the whole process. I do not recommend dealing with this company due to their poor customer service and unreliable descriptions of their products.

Digging around for a 100kg olympic set of plates, cracking bargain, and customer service was brilliant, delivered also when stated and even checked all was okay!
