Still waiting for more door lock to be repaired, and one window mechanism. Only been just over a month so far, so fingers crossed...EDIT 10.23.2023:-I'm afraid your response doesn't inspire me to change my opinion. The fact that you have no log of my call just proves your inadequacies. Your rep called at my house and attempted to sell me a whole new window assembly. Once I told him I just needed a mechanism repair he lost interest, informing me 'we can't repair these anymore'. Said he would try and get back to me. That was the last I heard. Same story with the door lock; you came, removed a part, notified us you would replace it. Haven't. But I will be completely fair: You haven't charged us for any call outs. Sadly though, it looks as though I'll be seeking help elsewhere to repair YOUR installation.
