Alan and Lauren were really wonderful and patient with us while we were choosing our design and fittings and helped enormously with their expert knowledge of what works best. Paul and Connor (plumbers/fitters) were lovely and very professional (and very quick!). Our bathroom was not straightforward to fit due to being a small space in a very old house. Having Alan oversee and project manage was hugely helpful. We are very pleased with the end result. Thank you!

I have just had a complete bathroom renovation by this company. The work was done in a logical and clean manner with an excellent finish and workmanship. The planning team were patient with our difficulty in decisions and made sure that all our requirements were met. The equipment supplied is of high quality . Overall cost is a little higher than some but well worth it for the service and finish.

Ivybridge Kitchen and Bathrooms is a pleasure to work with from start to finish: initially with Lauren and Allen's design and helpful suggestions (based on their years of bathroom designing experience), through to the installation team's final touches on the 2x bathroom installations.The whole team is courteous, flexible and customer focused.We had to wait for a while for our slot but when our time came the project was done efficiently and to budget. The final products exceed our expectations.

I Had the most pleasant experience with ivybridge Bathrooms and kitchens from planning stage to finish.I received so much expert help in planning my bathroom I started from scratch, all new and best quality,The work team was excellent and lovely to have around. The finish is excellent and the whole process a bit messy, but in 2 weeks all was done, even the painting.My new bathroom is better than I could have ever imagined!Thanks everyoneT GSouth Milton

Amazing customer service from design to completion. Lauren and Alan's product knowledge was exceptional and they were both so easy and helpful to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Paul and Connor (the fitting team) made the installation process totally stressfree. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company and we are so pleased we were able to use a local firm.

We had a new shower room fitted in October. From start to finish Ivybridge K&B were superb. Carla, Paul, Conner and the team were very professional. There was minimum disruption and kept clean and tidy all the way through the ripping out and fitting process. Needless to say we are delighted with our new shower room and have received a great deal of Oh wow" from friends and family. Without doubt I would use them again and recommend them without hesitation."

Be very careful choosing this firm. Their pictures show work where they only supplied the goods. They did not fit all of these projects, probably used subcontractors on most of these installations. They are a very dishonest company to work with. Please do your homework before choosing them and ask for proof of who actually completed the installation because it won’t be an in-house team, from my experience.
