We have used Kent’s estate agents for 2 house sales and they are nothing short of amazing, from the first interactions they are knowledgeable and realistic, marketing materials & communication through the process is clear & professional. The best element though is the team, Hannah & Chris dealt with our last sale, organizing other estate agents & making sure everything worked as it should, updating me clearly & regularly. The rest of the team were also great making sure messages were passed over or providing an update when Hannah or Chris weren’t there. I would definitely recommend them, I will actually miss not talking to them regularly!

Excellent service from the very time we first met Caitlin in the Whitstable office followed by viewings with Summer and finally viewing with Jordan who superbly managed the whole offer and purchase process. A high level of professionalism was evident across the whole company.

We have been really impressed with our experience of working with KEA. Caroline came out to view our property and gave her professional appraisal promptly. She clearly has lots of experience in the property market and is very approachable, meaning we were able to ask lots of questions and draw on her experience. We have found both Caroline and Hannah to be easy to communicate with and they are accessible and consistent. We have only had to deal with them, there is no high-churn of staff like we have experienced elsewhere. They call back when they say they will and respond to emails quickly, all important details when dealing with a house sale, especially in the difficult market currently. It is evident they really know their local market base and have a strong reputation among buyers and sellers. I would definitely use them again for a property sale.
