Had my M4 serviced by Gtech, way more reasonable than main dealers and an effortless process. Would recommend and will definitely be using again.

Taken me a while to post this, but definitely something people should know before spending their money at this VW “specialist” garage.Firstly; the customer service was all off, there’s some sort of good cop bad cop thing going on that made my time dealing with them difficult.Secondly; I came in with a under-boost problem. They seemed to think it was the turbo itself, so we changed this and a couple of other things, which cost a total of £2.5k. This didn’t solve my issue. I then kept going back and forth and at some point got charged extra for a part they broke in the process. (water temp sensor) each time I left the van with them for prolonged periods where they used full tanks of my own fuel they said it was working and fine, which it never was as soon as I drove away from collecting. The last time my vehicle was with them, instead of fixing the issue they bypassed the wiring loom so my engine management light doesn’t show, but unfortunately the vehicle still goes into limp mode and now it doesn’t read codes correctly. A lot of time and money wasted and I’ve been given more problems walking out then when I first arrived. From previous reviews I thought I could trust this garage and I was extremely disappointed. Next time I’ll burn my money, it’s less stressful and less of a waste of time.

Easily one of the best garages I've ever taken a car to. Had my BMW in with an issue and they took care of it and had my car back to me in no time at all. Even had a full service and remap. Definitely the place to go

Was able to do a tricky alternator change another garage we had it at clearly didn't want to take on once they saw the job. Was able to help within a week of enquiry and job done quickly once parts arrived.

Absolutely stunning set of lads. Completely transparent, knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. My Audi S5 had flagged up a number of faults on the ECU including a misfire on cylinder 4. They switched two coil packs over then ran multiple diagnostics and test drives to see what problems arose. Although the faults seemed to have evaporated on their own through the swapping of the coil packs only, the guys were completely transparent about it, told me to keep an eye on her and gave her back to me free of charge. As soon as anything rears its ugly head again, I'll be sure to bring her straight back! Highly recommended.

the team are spot on down G-Tech i had problem's with a vibration on my bmw 1 series. they went above & beyond to sort it & even sorted a problem i wasn't aware off at no extra cost! definitely recommend this place for German cars!! you won't be disappointed

Definitely one of the best BMW Specialist I have ever been to, took my F90 M5 in for a Major Service and some diagnosis, they where very good on price and their expertise on BMW M cars is on another level, they will be looking after my BMW from now on, Thank you guys, appreciate all your help.

This is a long overdue 5 star review.I took my 640D in to G-Tech with intermittent warning lights popping up constantly around July time. They managed to identify a lot of underside damage and body panel misalignment and came to the conclusion that the car had been in some kind of impact. They were happy to write me up a report at no extra cost which has given me the means to fight the finance company and the dealer as I had not long bought the car. The finance company have now said they will find the dealer liable.Their diagnosis and expertise with the cars has potentially saved me thousands in bodywork and mechanical repairs. I wouldn’t have had the tools to go back to the dealer if they didn’t provide me with them.100% recommended. They know their stuff. They were happy to answer any questions I had, provide me with a report, take additional phone calls at no extra charge. It was Steve Coulton that I dealt with, knows his stuff.I would not hesitate to take a car I owned back there again.
