The ladies at timsons in Falkirk Tesco are extremely helpful, I had trouble with a few of my watches and they went way out of there way to get my problem resolved, when I offered them a small gift for all there help they didn't want anything ,just said it was a pleasure and it was there job, there names were Liz and her colleague had long blond curly hair, I do use timsons but I will continue to use that one , the other girl was heather, they were both amazing

Had an unusual kèy to be cut. No issues, thought they'd need to send it away but got call next day to say it was ready. All interactions with staff very helpful and friendly
