Kwik Fit Plus

Apparently there is only 1 member of staff that can do services and air con debugs, thankfully my MOT could be done by another member of staff. The Master Mechanic never turned up or phoned the Inverness branch so I could not get the pre-booked work done. The manager was rude and unhelpful, I appreciate that he was stressed but it would have been nice to have been informed that he could not get the work done instead of saying he was trying to get in touch with the staff member. He also could not offer me a refund as he was off the day they did the training for refunding online bookings. Thankful a lovely manager was coming into the branch in the next few days and could do the refund for me. He phoned promptly and told me this had been done. Proper customer service was finally done.

Absolutely amazing service! The boss was so helpful and managed to get my tyre repaired within a few hours of dropping the car off. Would definitely reccomend them.

They did a good job at repairing my slow puncture and didn't charge the earth. Only suggestion, sign on the door reads No Booking Necessary yet on entering I needed to book for two days later. It was fine for me but maybe change the sign to No Booking Necessary To Make A Booking.

Zero stars would be better.Shocking experience this morning whilst being barked at by Michael …I’m just a guy with a puncture who phoned the RAC .RAC arranged the car being picked up and delivered at Kwikfit on a Saturday.But I had to book it in with Kwikfit first, which I did.Because it being weekend and Kwikfit very busy it was decided to bring in the car on Monday.So far so good.So the Monday the car was dropped off and I got attended by Michael.“It’s not booked in” …. since I phoned myself on Saturday I was certain that I booked it in.Answer with a loud voice “it’s not booked in”Then I phoned the recovery service who told me that they had booked it in earlier this morning as a reminder of the Saturday before.I gave the phone to Michael and he refused to talk to the person waiting on the phone.“Why would I talk to her, she’s not working for Kwikfit, it’s nothing to do with her”Again … “it’s not booked in”Then he tried finally admitted that he had spoken to the recovery service “but I thought it was another car” ?????!?!?!?Then I got a very bullish lecture whilst shouting at me that my car was not a fleet car and he thought it would be one.The logic in that totally passed over my head.I gave up and walked away.Never again will they see me back there.The man clearly needs to visit a course how to deal with customers.Shouting and talking down to me was even noticed by other customers sitting in the waiting area.I’ve never felt so bad in my life.You’ve just lost a customer folks !

I arrived with a loose wheel in the boot and a spare on the rear left axle.When the puncture was fixed I expected to take the wheel home and fit it myself.BUT the team offered to fit the wheel and did so very fast. When I suggested they should be a Formula One team they said that had turned down the offer!You could do it!

We arrived early in terrible weather to have a tyre changed. We still had a long way to travel home and the manager said he would try and fit us in early. He loaned us umbrellas to get to a nearby cafe and then called us when the tyre was done - all before our allotted appointment.

A big thank you to the manager and team who sorted my van out when passing through recently. We had to drive through a flooded road on road from Assynt to Glasgow and a panel tray had detached underneath. It needed removed and we were seen to despite a very busy day for the team and everything sorted with no fuss. We were also dealing with news of a bereavement and having to get home and the team helped so much. Thanks guys!

Myself and my partner were on a two week honeymoon away and while my partner was driving through Scotland we hit two pot holes on separate occasions which meant we had to detour to inverness to get the tyres checked. First time we were only there about half hour and an hour max the second time. The guys made sure everything was sorted both times in order for us to continue our honeymoon travels. Highly recommended, very friendly and went over and above to get the job done asap. Photos were just after we hit the first pot hole and emergency change of tyre to get to Inverness and then the wheel being changed at the garage.

We couldn’t recommend this Kwik Fit enough!! Really lovely and helpful staff who helped us sort a flat tyre even though it was close to closing time on a Sunday afternoon. They were professional and accommodating despite their busy schedule, thank you again!!
