I’m from Hong Kong and This is my first time trying Check-in-London. Matthew’s service is very responsive and professional. The company director, Gavin is helpful and kind as well when we felt a bit doubtful about the cancellation policy. This time. Matthew recommended me a new Apartment, and I was very satisfied with the location, interior design, hardwares and the service! I had a pleasant stay at Citadines Covent garden for more than 1 month. The staff are courtesy & helpful. They situated me in a room away from noise from the streets & the daily visitor traffic. The amenities were enough to make my stay comfortable. The location is just a few minutes walk to the HOLborn stations, easy access to & from the airport. Walking distance to the British museum, SOHO, Covent garden. Would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to London!

They have been placing their clients with us at our locations in Shoreditch, Marylebone Lane and more recently at our new Hoxton and Tower Hill locationsWe always found the booking process has been very smooth and payment was made promptly as per the invoice.
