Cleaning With Class

Maz and her team have been cleaning my house for about a year now. I get a monthly deep clean. The team are professional, efficient and so so good. I most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a regular cleaning service. Maz is also super accommodating in terms of appts and circumstances. I would and have also trusted them to be in the house on their own. Definitely recommend!

Had a deep clean booked with cleaning with class. Before the clean, communication was excellent and I was told everything that will be done. Couldn't be more happier with the service provided. The cleaners were extremely nice, polite and did an amazing job on carrying out a deep clean of my house. With 3 kids it can be hectic but they made the kids feel comfortable too whilst they carried out the clean.Will definitely be a regular and would highly recommend to anybody looking for reliable cleaning services.

I recently hired Cleaning With Class and was completely blown away by their exceptional service. The team bought their own products and equipment, arrived in time were incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that my home was sparkling clean, paying attention to every detail and used high-quality cleaning products that left my home smelling fresh and clean. The company was also extremely professional completing the job efficiently and punctually. I was thoroughly impressed with their level of expertise and attention to detail. I’m not one for reviews but after seeing some of the negative feedback which is completely unfounded I really felt I had to set the record straight. I first met Maz when I was pregnant with twins and suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum. I’d tried at least three other cleaners, cleaners that mopped around a mat, hoovered around toys, forgot to dust etc. This lady has been my lifesaver. Sometimes I’ll leave a list of something I’d like cleaning that is out of the norm, other times I’d expect her to ‘just see’ what needs doing. She cleans like it’s her own house and doesn’t stop for anything. Most cleaners are slow or love any excuse to stop. Not Maz. She’ll chat to you but she won’t stop her rigorous dusting while doing so.At some point during my pregnancy I’d took back the cleaning for a short time while I was well. It wasn’t long before I was poorly again and called on Maz to help. Her reply to my request shocked me. She’d said that she’d always fit me in because of how well I’d treated her. I hadn’t treated her in any way other than how a person should be treated. Which could only mean that some of her clients didn’t treat her with the respect she deserves. So, if you’re considering a cleaner but you want three hours crammed into 30 minutes, if you’re rude, aggressive or believe she is in anyway below you because she’s cleaning up after you then please don’t call Maz. She’s way too lovely and hard working to be treated like that and has enough business to be able to drop yours.It’s also worth mentioning that Maz and her girls regularly test themselves for Covid. Which with two young babies in my house has given me such peace of mind.A massive thank you Maz for all your hard work and all that you do. When I’m finally back on my feet and able to do my own cleaning you’ll be so missed. Sad times ahead for me but good times for anyone who gets my cleaning slot.

I had been looking for a cleaner for some time- someone I could trust and would respond to my messages. You wouldn’t believe how unresponsive some cleaners are today! But then I found “Cleaning With Class” and Maz came back to me within the day. She was so kind and understanding, and made me feel at ease immediately.I am super house proud and I love my home, but after finding out I was pregnant, I couldn’t dedicate the time like I used to in order to clean the way I wanted. I was a bit embarrassed about asking for help, but I am so glad I did- I only wish I had done it sooner. Even before pregnancy, it would have given me my weekends back instead of working all week, cleaning all weekend!The clean that was done was far above and beyond what I could do even when I was not pregnant. No stone was left unturned, and my home feels like the home I adored when I first moved in. So a HUGE thank you to Maz and her team, for giving me my house back, allowing me to enjoy my pregnancy and giving me the Sanctury I need to relax in!I can’t wait to continue using you guys every other week!
