Nice staff but you could have a wider range.I.e. you have 3 types of clear honey but not any set honey on offer.also prices can be steep.I. e. Kelloggs honey nut cornflakes 40p a box more expensive than a local corner shop.

Been going to this store since I moved to the area, 5 years now…and it’s only recently me & my partner have been made to feel completely uncomfortable when shopping at this particular store. We are both working class and have dirty jobs. I’m a cleaner & my partner is a chippie so we don’t always walk around wearing our Prada outfits. Therefore do not appreciate being watched, followed and stopped at the exit to be questioned…. did you find what you needed? Whilst looking at my bag! ( I was literally out the door) Never have I been made to feel more worthless for walking out of a shop empty handed than I did on this day. Well done to the staff running this store you’re customer service is impeccable. That’s sarcasm by the way. Regards a former customer

TERRIBLE me and my friends (pridomeiatley black ) come here in the mornings and the staff would chase us around like prisoners (not secuirty) they would make stupid rules and say hateful things to us saying i hate these people" she even made one of my friends cry"

Like most Locals, this store lives in the shadows of its much larger siblings. I expect my blue top coffee and pumpkin seed loaf; they are not here. Four for, however, determination and real class in a very compact edifice: the bare bones of a Five. Parking could not be easier. Beware, the entrance can be a haven for homeless guys. That's about enough said. One of the best of its kind on Hamlet Court Road.

Like to pop in here some evening as they discount the cookies.. I do like the cookies.. Unlike teso extra you can find bargains in here and the staff always seem to be happy to help if you need it

I didn't have a good trip to Sainsbury's.I was followed round like a criminal by staff that are not even trained to act as security even though I've never stolen a thing from there.Then I was hurried out the door.Poor show guys.I shall not be stopping at this shop again and if I was you I'd do the same.

never an enjoyable experience!!my daughters regularly come here in the morning to get their breakfast before school.I have been told by them that there is a very rude worker who treats them like criminals, and I have also heard she is very very rude to the other children that go in there. You will know her from her sarcastic and mean remarks and her delusional idea that she is a sainsburys security guard. I am not happy,SORT IT OUT!-unhappy customer(s)

If there would be less than a star I would give it, absolutely disgusting the way one particular staff member treated my sister who was breastfeeding her baby. Luckily for us we were on holiday so we never have to see this rude, inconsiderate person ever again.

Really friendly staff welcome you when you come in and leave the store, staff have face shields for everyone's protection.This is a slightly larger Sainsbury's local. There is a good range of produce and general groceries. With my favourite bakery area at the back of the store.
