Sauna and Sea

Great experience in the Sauna by the sea. Very relaxing. Great service from Barry making sure the tempature was just right and reducing it at my girlfriends request (80 degrees it was dropped to) and would highly recommend for a group get together. Going between the sea and the heat of the sauna was very refreshing. The host even gave us an extra half hour just because there was people there when we arrived and we were early to arrive just to make sure we got there on time. Car parking available directly on beach with a sauna sea purchase. Very easily accessible for all users.

Had an awesome time at Sauna and Sea down on Portstewart strand today. Really cool setup and the guys made everything nice for us. Really liked the private changing area and the safe for our keys. Felt so amazing after a couple of rounds in the cold water and back to the sauna, like a real natural high! Thoroughly recommend!

Really relaxing and enjoyable time, the sauna was a perfect add on to a sea swim! Barry & Conor were very friendly and very helpful. The sauna was clean, easy to access, with an area for changing/storing clothes - overall wonderful experience.

What an incredible experience. Stunning sea views from the sauna. So exhilaring to go from the hot sauna to the cold sea and back again. I felt so great afterwards. The location is perfect- on one of the most stunning beaches on the North Coast and right beside Harry's Shack (for drinks and food afterwards). Conor, the sauna owner, was friendly and very kind. Cannot recommend this experience highly enough. Will definitely be back. Thank you :-)

I have had the pleasure of using the sauna a couple of times now. Both times were AMAZING! The sauna was the best experience and I felt great the rest of the day. My partner and also some friends experienced it too and they loved it. Can't wait to use it again. Thanks guys!!

Had an exceptionally great hoyr long session on July 16th. The view from the sauna is breath-taking. We had experienced a floating sauna in Oslo; this was as good or even better. The owners are lovely, the sauna immaculately clean and the changing room spares you any blushes. Highly recommend, and I would go for a full hour. It flew by.

I've booked in to Sauna&Sea twice now, once with friends and once on a date. Both times it has been the most amazing experience. Fun, energizing & relaxing, combine that with amazing views, you can't go wrong. It is run really professionally and the staff is extremely friendly. They have gone above and beyond to make it a complete experience and even have the addition of a changing room and lockers attached to the Sauna. I would highly recommend this to anyone, for any occasion. I know I can't wait to go again, I would go every day if I could!

What an incredible experience. We have arrived 10 minutes before the booked time, had ample time to change and have a chat with the owner who is super friendly, knowledgable and made the experience one of a kind.The sauna itself is fabulous, with a window facing the sea and is perfectly positioned for quick dips in the sea between the heat sessions. The temperature in the sauna is just right. Very reasonable price, excellent quality and our group of 6 had a wonderful time.If you're around the area, this is a must-do and even if you're not, we made our way down from the South and it was worth it! Definitely will repeat it again!
