Friendly and professional veterinary clinic. My dog can be reactive towards people he doesn’t know but Vet put him at ease immediately, great service.

The reason I have rated Parkland Veterinary Group, Dungannon as 1 is because it is the lowest rating I can give. If there was a negative 10 that is what it deserves. Here is why…I brought my lovely, lively and healthy six month old kitten in for a routine procedure and got her home in a box! I never got to see my kitten again as she was dead. Surely, a routine procedure such as spaying should not end up like this. I am devastated with the loss of my pet. I am posting this one month after the tragedy because I didn’t want emotion to cloud my judgment but I am still very upset over this experience.

Our dachshund was very sick near death but with time and perseverance and great care vet Liz thought time got him back to normal way of life and got him back to himself again this is also with help from Paul and all the staff of Dungannon vets we and also if it was not for Paul and his quick reaction and referral to Belfast vetinary hospital our other dachshund could of been paralised we can't thank you enough

Went to Parklands Dungannon today, the appointment was at 2.10pm and I did not get my rabbit seen until 2.40pm, and then it took 25 minutes for them to give my rabbit a vaccination. They then charged me a ridiculous amount. I also previously took my dog here to several appointments for his bad digestion, and they could not figure out the problem and continued to charge insane money for absolutely nothing (several of the vets saw him). I then took my dog to another Vets and the problem was solved instantly, at a very reasonable price. Seriously, sort it out Parklands!

I had to take my dog to be put to sleep. Vet Paul took care of Charlie and me so well. He explained what would happen and allowed me to take my last time with Charlie for as long as I wanted. Vet Paul is truly a great vet and so kind. He made a difficult situation for me peaceful and kind. Thanks Paul

This was my first visit to Parklands with my springer pup for its vaccine. The location is easily got to with plenty of safe parking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.The reception area was spacious and well laid out. Very impressed with the service overall. Well done.

Would highly recommend parklands vets Dungannon. They are just fantastic the animals are treated with the upmost care and attention. This visit was for vaccines, but previous visits were neutering and a late night emergency and I was put at easy every time and thankfully a happy outcome.

Friendly greeting from reception through to treatment room. I’d traveled over an hour to get to this veterinary, and was late due to diversions. I rang past my appointment time and was told just to come ahead and I would be seen. Absolute brilliant staff and service A+++++
