Halfords - Lowestoft

Great experience. Battery change very quick and easy to buy as in stock. Very impressed by service. Fitted by a lovely guy on his first day at work. Highly recommend!

Woke up this morning. Did car checks. Rear brake light bulb gone out. So off to Halfords,staff very friendly and helpfull,being disabled Halfords guy fitted 2 new bulbs did both for me nothing was to much trouble. Cheers guys.

I went to buy a Dashcam and hadn't a clue which one to buy. When I asked if someone was available, she said well that young man is the best to speak to but as he was dealing with another customer, she offered to help. She was extremely helpful giving all her knowledge which was very reassuring. She was not pushy and answered any questions I had. Thank you Carol.

I Gave 5 stars purely for the fact that a very helpful staff member by the name of Paul who works at Lowestoft north quay shop. was very helpful to me and knowledgeable and put my mind at rest regarding my car and coolant liquid and fitted my new window wipers.I was very impressed by his helpful positive attitude I found Paul to be an asset to the company in every way and Paul is the reason for me righting this review here on google because I could not find anywhere else to provide a staff positive feedback. The only feedback the email or the main Halfords website provides me is a way of giving feedback about the shop on google to help improve the company's rating well to be perfectly frank and honest is a bit disappointing that I found it so hard to give positive feedback about a staff member do you get my point here anyways.... The person who sent this email is very helpful also I forgot his name.Thankyou Paul top man :)

Really pleased with my bike check. Booked in due to a lack of space, tools, time and inclination at home (!) and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Did a thorough job and a little brake tweak for me. Will definitely be returning.

Had a problem with my car battery, unlike the old days when you could check the battery yourself, you can't now. However, went to Halfords ,found they did a free battery check. The guy came out straight away checked it, said it just needed a good charge or a long run. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Josh was really helpful despite being rushed off his feet he still managed to have a smile on his face and help customers as quickly as possible - and really pleased that the bike I ordered for our grandson was built by a member of Halfords staff - saves all that trouble on Christmas Day and knowing that it has been put together correctly - we know that our grandson will be able to ride it safely

We had our camper van battery fail at the weekend whilst on holiday, the customer call centre were amazing, spoke to the Lowestoft store to 100% confirm the had a replacement in stock, they did so we managed to get a jump start and headed to the Lowestoft branch. The I store chap quickly fitted the replacement battery for us, the whole customer service from start to finish was absolutely exemplary. We are both ‘happy campers’ and cannot thank you enough.

Scott and Haydn are fabulous staff members. Sorted my bike order out and I love it they’re brilliant and listened too me the whole time I was in store thank you

I've been coming into this particular store for several years. I can honestly say I've never come across staff as happy to help as the people who work here. Even in busy days they always manage to find time for not just myself but other people I know who go to this branch. On quieter days everyone is happy to have a chat and it's always pleasant. The shop itself is always clean and put together. I am a bit of a technophobe but the little computers Halfords have to find things like bulbs and windscreen wipers are easy to operate and clear and concise with the products they show. The people who fit the bulbs/wiper blades/dash cams are quick and skilled at what they do. To finish off I just want to say that I always look forward to going in when I need something for what I am doing and it's a joy and rare novelty that in over 10 years of custom I have not had one bad experience here.
