It's your average small parkway station on the outskirts of Birmingham. Trains are roughly every 10 minutes in each direction which is very nice and both platforms have step free access via ramps. A small ticket office and ticket machines are provided on the Birmingham platform. Shelter and seating are lacking a bit at this station.

Arrived at the station this cold and frosty morning to buy my ticket from the lovely cheerful lady that served me. Having just missed a train she made sure I was warm enough in the waiting room with the heating turned up. Thank you staff member lovely service.
