Empire House Dental Surgery

The staff were great. Very welcoming. The dentist Laxcha Bantawa was very nice and informative , she provided excellent care and service. I will be coming here for all my dental needs.

Had a deep clean yesterday, staff were completely proffesional and explained the process in detail and after care treatment required. Was a relaxed process and very efficent. Thank you

A few months ago had a tooth infection I contacted 111 who referred me here dentist dealt with the tooth ok and then said I needed a filling I went back the filling lasted 2 days!! They wouldn’t even entertain sorting it on the nhs and said I would need to go private so I said ok the dentist then cancelled this as he said I applied for den plan and didn’t follow through this didn’t happen on my part.Fast forward to today had to call 111 as getting a dentist is impossible it seems the only dentist 111 refer me to is empire house so reluctantly I made an appointment for tomorrow to sort out my pain not even 1 hour later the dentist cancelled my appointment the state of this dentist is disgusting picking and choosing who to help ethically and morally bankrupt and a complaint as been filed with nhs england

Excellent customer service, had a very good experience as was very nervous before appointment but they took care of me.Want to say special thanks to Laxana and Sarah who took care of me in a very professional manner.

I'm not the best at looking after my teeth but I've been made to feel comfortable here. Special shout out to Dr Parveen Rehman who was fab with my neurodiverse 7 year old daughter, I don't think she could have been better accommodated anywhere else.

Hi, I have had a fear of dentists since having a really bad experience with one over 25 years ago. I also have bad anxiety resulting from a motorway car accident, it what the Lorry drivers fault not mine! ....However....back to the review. Empire house have always been soooo amazing with me. That's all the staff, not just the dentists. I really cannot tell you how patient, reassuring, thoughtful and lovely they have all been (even when i have sobbed in the chair and made a right fool of myself) Anxiety is cruel but real! 100% recommended....well, until they tell me i need a root canal!!!! ......Ha Ha! Keep up the good work Empire house and Thank You. Kelly

I literally am the biggest baby at 29 when it comes to the dentist but here they always make me feel at ease and take all the time I need! Highly recommended

All the staff made me feel really well and were reassuring and helpful especially with my nerves and they went at my pace and gave me chance to calm my nerves before carrying on. Would definitely recommend

Most unprofessional dental service I've ever seen, got sent here through 111 a couple weeks ago, after a long delay in the waiting room, I was left in the dentist chair for 20 mins while the dentist gossiped with his assistants about treadmills and what they're having for lunch, already making me feel uncomfortable, proceeded to x-ray me while still gossiping among themselves, said they're not gonna be able to pull it out and it'll need surgical procedure which would cost £200-£400. I did not trust this opinion at all and have since been able to get my tooth pulled out through a course of antibiotics and a normal extraction procedere by actual professionals who knew what they were doing. AVOID, disgusting service.
