It's not often that you get a machine back that works far better than when you originally bought it. We've had our machine serviced once a few years ago, and the difference is night and day - this place has the best service I've seen in the 20 years since buying my first proper espresso machine. I'll never take my Rancillio anywhere else even with a 2 hour drive there and back. The Cafe that shares the space looks delightful and I'll plan to stop for longer next time. Don't think twice about bringing your machine here. The people and service is top notch. Had my machine fully descaled, servicesd pump replaced and a few other parts replaced all within 4 working days. And this is with the best customer service I've seen in a while. Thank you so much!

Peter, provides a level of service and knowledge rarely seen these days. Not only knows what he is doing, enjoys what he's doing and likes a challenge. He happily communicated what he was doing and where and what was wrong, plus all the costs associated with the coffee machine service. Top it all off he cleared up after finishing. Highly recommended for all your coffee machine needs.

I bought a second hand coffee machine from espresso central about year and half ago. Yesterday I called them for servicing the coffee machine and they told me that they could come right next day. It was much quicker than I thought. From A to Z perfect job and excellent timing. They are really cheapest in Brighton. A big thank to Peter he was friendly and he does a very clean job.

Excellent coffee and excellent service.I called to ensure they had what I needed and Vicky helped me. She was top class and very honest. They were exceptionally helpful, gave great advice to a 'newbie' like me and were generally great.Having had some issues with my coffee machine, they even supplied me with a sample of ground coffee to help disagnose my problems.Top class.
