Location is easily accessible and spolessly clean. Staff approachable, friendly and very pofessional. We attended Joii with our cat for a second opinion. Lucy did a very thorough examination, explanation and aftercare plan. Top notch and superb value for money.

What a find! In an emergency situation, I called Joii Vets in London Colney when my cat Fergal, missing for two days, turned up injured and barely able to walk. We weren’t registered with Joii but, after taking a few details, they told us to bring Fergal in. The whole experience was fantastic. The nurse and vet (Dr Aida) were very caring and competent. We never felt that we were being sold to, as other vet practices do. There was no pressure whatsoever. They quickly sorted Fergal out with pain relief injection, blood tests (results in 15 minutes) and anti-inflammatories. That first visit was £69. We had to return a few days later because Fergal’s leg had swollen as infection took hold. We first had an efficient phone/video consultation followed by an urgent appointment to be reassessed. Again the vet (Dr Angel Pizarro) and nurse were so delightful. Fergal needed antibiotics. The swelling quickly subsided and Fergal is recovering. The cost of the video consultation is subtracted from the cost of the in-practice appointment, plus the medication, which came to £34. We really felt this was good value and would happily recommend Joii vets to everyone.

Had my first appointment this morning - what a fantastic experience. After leaving my last vet as I felt they were just using my dog as a cash cow, I certainly got a completely different experience here. Excellent video call appointment service. I feel fully informed, reassured & confident that they will do right by my girl. I finally found somewhere that gives honest, caring advice for animals.

Absolutely amazing vets. My dog has had knee surgery and everyone has been so lovely and caring. The surgeon explained everything thoroughly to us before the surgery and called us as soon as our dog was recovering to explain what they found. When we picked her up the nurse took time to sit down and talk us through everything and answer any questions we had. At all times we felt we were in very safe hands. We highly recommend Joii London Colney.

I paid my first visit to Joii for my dog's annual check up and vaccinations. The vet (Faith) was friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff were efficient, and the whole experience was a positive one.

My male cat and I went at London Colney Vet clinic for a 1st consultation as my cat was registered and had a 1st vaccine. The process was quick and simple then we've been booked 30 days over for a second vaccine, neutering and chipping. The vet waspolite giving us also direction about how to administer a 5 days treatment due to a leg wounded of my cat. We came back home with confidence. Thank you.

Took my puppy for his second vaccination and check up. You get a really warm welcome from the vet and the ACA. They really made me feel at ease as I was nervous because the breeder said he screamed at his first vaccine! I couldn’t believe he never felt a thing! He got lots of cuddles and attention, so my puppy felt comfortable and at ease too. The vet answered all my questions (I had a list), in which they took their time answering and I was not rushed at all. I came out feeling very relieved, very happy and extremely satisfied. I will definitely stick to this vet as I am extremely happy with the staff and service they provide

Hands down, the nicest and most comforting visit to a vet I have ever had. Clean, calm and quiet environment, with wonderful vet who clearly explained everything to me. She took her time and was very caring with my cat. The cost was also roughly half of another vet I had recently visited. Fantastic.

Very impressed with our first visit to Joii. Whilst we live in High Barnet and have a vets around the corner from us, we decided to switch to Joii given the rising treatment prices and service at our current vets. We have two cats - Luna and Benji and going to the vets can be quite a stressful experience. Booking an appointment and registering the cats online was very straightforward. As soon as we arrived at Joii, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who took some details about our cats. The vet practice itself is clean, spacious and modern - it was a fantastic experience overall. Our vet was friendly and took his time looking at our cats and gave them their annual vaccinations. Thank you for your care and for putting our cats and us at ease.
