Used this taxi firm yesterday, and I must say the service was excellent, my driver was Shaun who arrived on time, was patient, polite, and courteous, he did not have to use a sat nav for the journey (unlike some other big firms I have used in the past), he went the shortest route, and did not try and rip me off with the price.I will definitely be using this firm again in the future.

30 minutes late for airport pick up. Had to remind them I had a booking. No apology from the driver. No help loading or unloading the bags. Will be getting Uber in future.

Pre booked a return mini bus a week in advance. I had to call to find out where it was and they know it was stuck somewhere else, the replacement cars for 10 people were late turning up and the returning mini bus didn’t turn up when it was booked for. Phoned up to find out where it was, cancelled it instead cause they didn’t know where it was. The driver then called me saying he was there and had been waiting (we were standing outside for over 10 minutes for it before finding alternate transportation) I told him that I had cancelled the taxi because he wasn’t there only to be shouted back with a very aggressive response. I have been using this company for a while but after the massive let down taking me and my family to my daughter’s christening I will not be using this company ever again!!!

We waited for 45 mins in the cold for a mini bus after being told it would be just a ten min wait. My friend added a stop and the driver took the longest route possible to ensure he would get more money. We then got off at our stop and were told he didn’t have a card machine after requesting one with the operator and being told this was possible. We then were charged £44 and had to go be charged to draw out cash. No apology nothing. License Plate R888 JAO. Absolutely disgusted.

Use for nights out not work. I've been demanded to use them by the operator this morning and now the operator has cancelled all booked taxis

Prebooked a minibus into and from Manchester for 8 ladies weeks ago for my birthday last night. Confirmed on the day. The outbound arrived but at 11pm when the return was booked they rang to say it was late and just leaving the office"!! And would be 40 minutes late.We had to leave the restaurant which was closing. It was raining so waited in a bar a few doors up. And kept waiting and watching. It never arrived despite telling me it was there and me standing in the rain calling him and the switchboard

Tonight my 16 year old got drunk at a party, his responsible friends tried to get him a taxi home and none of the taxis would take him (not that I blame them) I made a quick call to county cars and they collected my him and brought him home to me safely, I cannot thank you all enough!! I have been using this company for many years and they have never let me down, tonight just shows what a wonderful, caring team makes up this company, from the fabulous lady that answered my call to the kind, compassionate gentleman that brought my son home. Thank you all so much

Booked a six seater (given an 8 seater) for return trip to Manchester Airport. Picked up on Monday 10th and then return from terminal 1 just after midnight on 18th July. Bit dubious after reading some of these reviews on here. However, what a pleasant surprise. The minibus arrived promptly for both journeys. The young driver was an absolute breath of fresh air in this day and age.Great customer service skills and very friendly throughout both journeys. Even said goodnight and God bless to my Daughter and her family, as he dropped them off just up the road from us on Sholver. And the price was reasonable as well, will definitely use this taxi rank again, and promote to others based on the friendliness of the driver, efficient service and decent prices.Thank you County Cars, keep up the good work ❤️

Still no phone call from management which I was promised over 2 week ago , over a driver who constantly over charges people more than they should ! Absolute joke of a service and will not use again
