I wish i could leave a zero star review. My company uses this company to deliver our spares on the times they actually deliver what they are meant to it is usually broken. Sadly we also get our returns taken thru circle as well which most of the time will take 3 months for them to actually collect anything. Lots of occasions high value parts are removed from the deliveries and no action is ever taken to even apologise let alone reimbursement.0 STAR COMPANY

Absolutely awful company! Lost our parcel of fireworks on bonfire day, refused t answer the call and could not give any decent explanation as to where our parcel had gone! Caused nothing but heartache to my family and didn't even seem to care. I would highly recommend NOT using this company, they cannot even take responsibility for their failure! Complete Joke!!!

Job number 47843 9th July. Circle Express lost an incoming parcel two weeks ago. I called Farai on 14th July who said they found it and would send it on to us. One week later and there is no sign of this parcel. All subsequent calls made to the landline are unanswered. I am aware we are in the grip of a global pandemic. However, resolving current customer issues should take priority, particularly when this customer has been waiting for over two weeks for next-day AM delivery.Other delivery firms are coping admirably. Circle Express are inept at every level.

This company has an extremely unreliable service , never answers calls and never reply emails. It was nightmare to work with them.
