The boss called within hours after my initial telephone enquiry to give me an acceptable quote, and a date and time for the job to be done. Three very efficient young men turned up on the agreed day, half an hour earlier than originally suggested, and completed the job quickly and efficiently, and they cleared all the debris away. A job well done.

Had appointment for them to attend my property and quote for a job, had to phone 20 minutes after appointment time as they had not yet turned up. Assured that they were on their way, 2 hours later still no show. Tried calling again, no answer to call, left a message. Gave up and went out as had jobs to do. No idea whether they ever actually turned up.

Excellent service and always on time.Used them few times because of reasonable price and reliable.

Very poor service! came many many times to finish job only to leave an hour after arriving with excuses like didnt have the right ladder or machine, unfortunately I paid them for the job in full some months before in good faith that the work would be finished, would advise not to use if the job is more than a days work as they didn't come back to finish my job and never ever pay them first!! I'm also the most easy going guy and asked them tens of times to finish the job, got the usual stuck in traffic, had to go to hospital, family emergency these where only a few of the excuses it was as joke! Seem really nice guys but beware!!!

Called this company on the Monday evening to come and give me a quote for work in my garden. They said they would visit on Wednesday afternoon at 3.30.On Wednesday by 4pm they hadn't shown, I had to RING THEM to ask where they were, there was no apology or explanation, they simply said he's on his way.Apart from no-one showed up all afternoon, with no call, or email, or apology.Considering local business relies on word of mouth and customer loyalty, this company did not seem at all bothered.
