I took our puppy for his first visit, for a healthcheck and vaccination, and we were both warmly reassured by the friendly and professional team who looked after us. Another positive experience to add to puppy's first week home with us. Thanks Dunedin Dunbar!

On entering the practice I immediately felt comfortable and confident about my appointment because of the warm welcome and friendly interaction. Had been concerned about my dog’s condition but was reassured during the treatment that things would improve which indeed they did. Very pleased as he has been in good form ever since.

Shady practise, untrustworthy with a total lack of customer care.Brought my dog in to get a second opinion on an ear lump. Advised at time of booking appointment I wanted second opinion and price for removal of the lump.Attended appointment, vet gave a verbal indication of price for removal, confirmed I would receive a written quote later that day. Nothing received.2 days later I call the practice to ask where the quote was. Apologetic staff member advised I would receive it that afternoon. Nothing received.Today, four days after the appointment, I receive a phone call from the vet advising me that they will not provide a quote as my dog is already registered at another vet, and the only way to get a price is to leave the current vet and sign up with Dunedin!The bottom line is that these guys are a shambles and are not to be trusted.Having just spoken with the practice manager Fiona, it is clear that Dunedin are only interested in making money and couldn't care less about customer service or the care of my dog, otherwise they would have just provided a quote and I could have decided whether to proceed or not. Lame excuses, buck passing, needless delays all mean I'm no further forward than I was a week ago...and my wallet is £50 lighter for the pleasure.Avoid at all costs, highly unprofessional, and the Dunbar practise is very old-school - a tired decor, cramped, uninviting space not up to modern standards.

Good communication with text updates on APTS. Friendly and very helpful. Always giving you their time to answer any queries/concerns.

Very trustworthy vets who explained everything about what they were checking, what they found and yhe best course of action, going forward.

Great practice if you have small animals like rabbits or Guinea pigs staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always listen to your concerns. And if they are unsure about anything they will seek specialist advice.

Excellent service in every manner. Walked in with concerns for our dog. Natasha was brilliant on greeting us. Managed to see us with Ian (Vet) despite being late in the day. SUPERB!

Dunedin are absolutely fantastic , I took my dog skipper there on Friday and from start to finish they were exemplary. Your always made very welcome , they explain everything to you in full and answer any questions, nothing is too much trouble for them . I am delighted I left the last vet to start with this one , the vets at Berwick treated me disgraceful at least here your treated with the respect you deserve. I travel over 40 miles to get my dog treated and although the last one was only 7 miles I’d rather go here to Dunedin as they care about the animals, not about the money !!!!!! Take your dog to Dunedin and while your there ask about the pet plan it’s really worth the money to join up . Raymond

We needed an emergency appointment while visiting the area on holiday. The process was simple and reassuringly professional and could not have gone smoother. Our dog was prescribed the pills she needed as well as being made to feel like royalty. Would recommend without hesitation.
