I live in Canada and knew what I wanted to get my sister in Scotland for her 70th birthday. I found Jessop Jewellers who are close to her on Google and browsed their online store. What I wanted wasn't on their store but a quick message on chat got me Sophie Jessop and within no time, she uploaded the product online and purchase was made. Not to mention delivery and gift wrapping. Fantastic service, would 100% recommend.

I had several pieced of jewellery from my parents, grandmother & aunt. Liz took all the pieces & sent me a selection of designs, from this I chose 1. I collected the ring last week & it is absolutely beautiful. My mum would have been so delighted that her wedding ring, engagement ring & other pieces have now been brought together into such a beautiful piece. Liz is a genius & the whole team have been super supportive. I would definitely recommend the shop in future, they could not have been kinder & more accommodating.

I cannot recommend enough this jewellers, service is second to none, helpful, polite and very, very knowledgeable.I used their valuating and repair service and its the best l have ever seen. Efficient, fair and professional.While there l saw the quality of the items on display and definitely what's on offer is beautiful, unique and fairly priced. What else you need? Even materials for cleaning and maintaining jewellery were sold at very affordable prices. 11 out of 10 ;0)

Wonderful customer service. I had a ring that is very special to me repaired and the service was exceptional.
