Needed an Emergency Vet out of hours late on a Friday night.These guys were excellent and the x2 female vets on duty were really helpful, caring and patient with us during this tough time.Thank you so much.

Amazing vets. Sorted my cat out quickly and kindly whilst also putting me at ease, I was very nervous for my cat lol. They were even ahead of schedule and we were seen before our appointment time! Clearly very efficient and run the practice well. Nothing bad to say about the place or staff at all!

My dog was really sick and had to be put to sleep. The vet was kind and considerate very helpful and explained everything clearly so I could make the best decision.

I had my Blind Dog who had a tumour put to sleep. It was done with Dignity and Respect. I could not have done it without this vets help. They were patient and helpful in explaining the procedure. They were honest. My dog's ashes are now back at home.

Absolutely awful practice . My husband took my pup this evening after being unwell, she was looked at and prescribed medication, when it came to payment my husband said he was going to step outside whilst he called me as he didnt know how it worked with insurance. My teenage daughter stayed with our pup during the 2 minutes he was outside. During that time louise rolled her eyes to another receptionist and laughed at mocked my husband in front of my already upset and concerned daughter. My daughter told my husband as soon as he came into the practice it made her feel completely uncomfortable and awkward. My husband reports her been extremely rude towards him he did say ill pay for it but i will not use you again in which louise laughed at him as he also asked to speak to the practice manager. She took the prescription away and accused my husband of not wanting to pay. My husband walked away to call me . We obviously were in a tricky situation of requiring medication for our sick pup. So my husband went in and paid. Ill be contacting cvs group. Absolutely appauling behaviour from louise and she should be ashamed of her behaviour especially in front of a child.

I moved my little dog here after Lyme Trees Vets in Meir were going to unnecessarily operate on her when she was only one year old for a back leg problem I had some concerns about, which I later found out is quite common and surgery would only be the last option when she was older and only if it was bothering her all the time. I went for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did! They are not just in it to make money from you and as a girl my mum always took our German Shepherds to Mr Brock himself in Cheadle, who was a wonderful vet. They are very caring and the receptionists are a lot friendlier too!
